How is Dreadspire different from in-person training?

Unlike typical in-person training, Dreadspire is fully remote—giving you the flexibility to train on your schedule, wherever you are. You’ll receive a fully personalized plan tailored to your goals, physique, and lifestyle, with weekly video feedback and real-time text support. It’s more than just workouts—it’s coaching that evolves with you.

Who are the coaches at Dreadspire Fitness?

Our lead coach, Hudson, holds a Master’s in Kinesiology and specializes in fat loss and strength training for women. Her approach blends science, strategy, and lived experience to help women see real change—without the gimmicks, restriction, or burnout.

How do I communicate with my coach?

You’ll have direct access to your coach via text throughout the week for questions, updates, or anytime you need support. We also do weekly video check-ins to review your progress and adjust your plan as needed.

How often does my coach check in with me?

Every week, you’ll receive a personalized video check-in from your coach. We’ll go over your progress, address any concerns, and fine-tune your workouts and nutrition so your results stay on track.

How does my coach measure my progress?

We measure progress through:

  • Strength improvements

  • Body composition changes

  • Biofeedback (how you’re sleeping, feeling, recovering)

  • Weekly progress updates + visual tracking (if you choose)

It’s a full-picture approach—because the scale doesn’t tell the whole story.

How does my coach correct my exercise form?

Each week, you’ll have the opportunity to submit videos of your lifts. Your coach will review them and provide clear, personalized feedback to help you lift safely and effectively—so you feel confident in your form and technique.

How customized is my training program?

Your program is 100% customized—from exercise selection to rep ranges, cardio protocols, and nutrition. Whether you want to build glutes, reveal your abs, or simply feel stronger and more athletic, your plan is built specifically for your body, goals, and lifestyle.

Do I need a gym membership?

While access to a gym is ideal for maximum progression, we can absolutely create a home-based plan with the equipment you have—or even a bodyweight-only program if needed. You’ll still get a structured, results-driven plan no matter your setup.

Is Dreadspire Fitness okay for beginners?

Yes! Our macro-based approach can be adjusted for vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, or any other preferences or sensitivities. You’ll never feel restricted or stuck.

How long does it take to see results?

Most clients notice improvements in strength, confidence, and body composition within the first 4–6 weeks. Real, sustainable results take time—but we’ll help you stay consistent and empowered every step of the way.

What is your cancellation policy?
