Hudson is a fitness coach with a Master’s degree in Kinesiology from Texas A&M University–Corpus Christi, where she graduated in the top 1% of her class with a 3.9 GPA. With thousands of hours dedicated to studying exercise science and analyzing peer-reviewed research, she has developed a deep understanding of evidence-based fitness programming specifically tailored for women.

A certified personal trainer and nutrition coach, Hudson brings a comprehensive, science-backed approach to body transformation—with a strong emphasis on female physiology, fat loss, and lean muscle development.

Her graduate thesis, The Effects of Menstrual Phase-Dependent Resistance Training Frequency on Muscular Hypertrophy and Strength, reflects her commitment to helping women train smarter—not harder—for real, sustainable results.

Hudson has coached hundreds of women through personalized programs focused on strength, aesthetics, and confidence. Many of her clients come in having tried other programs that didn’t work—Hudson helps them break the cycle with customized, results-driven plans designed to evolve with them.
